Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Following the heavily wooded slopes of 1,562-foot Pine Mountain, north of Red Top Mountain State Park and Allatoona Lake, this recreation area is a Cartersville city park. The park’s East Loop Trail is open to hikers every day and to mountain bikers on Wednesday and Saturday.

The West Loop Trail is for hikers only. The park is a short distance from the Allatoona Dam visitor center and Cooper’s Furnace day-use area, which is accessible by a connecting trail."
