My husband and I visited the trail based on the description. It was a gentle walk. The trail is actually a private dirt road that meanders through forested areas and seems to have less than 10 homes scattered throughout. No Trespassing signs are everywhere - we parked on the shoulder of the access intersection - we weren’t too uncomfortable walking with our dogs. We encountered a few people who we think live off the road and they were all cordial. We likely will NOT walk here again due to the myriad Private/No Trespassing signs. Otherwise it was quiet and provided a nice hourlong stroll.
