"This bold hike uses a stretch of the Appalachian Trail as it weaves along the ridge of the Delaware Water Gap, at one point taking hikers to an overlook 1,000 feet above the Delaware River. This is one of the most—if not the most—rugged sections of the AT in Pennsylvania. There are heart-stopping views of the Delaware Water Gap, the Delaware River, and the I-80 bridge across the Delaware. From the summit, look across the Gap to Mount Tammany and Kittatinny Ridge in neighboring New Jersey." Read more

"Try this hike, which is part of the Appalachian Trail, for a steady uphill climb over rocks and boulders. Along the way to the top, you get spectacular views of the Delaware River and the steady stream of traffic on the Interstate 80 bridge. Once on top, you reach a flat area where you can view the ruins of a fire tower and then check out the once-in-a-lifetime view of the Delaware River as it winds its way into New Jersey." Read more

"This hike makes use of the Appalachian Trail (A.T.) and side trails to make a loop over Mount Minsi. The hike offers beautiful views of the Delaware Water Gap on the way up and passes through a forest of hemlocks and thick rhododendrons on the descent. Table Rock, near Lenape Lake, is an impressive feature of the local geology." Read more
