This is a good walk, a bit strenuous in some parts and overall very interesting trail. We started at Seven Falls which is really a bit of rushing water ver some big rocks (not really falls). The two loops combined made for a good 8/9mi hike with varrying scenery and varrying terrain. The trail is not overly well marked but if you pay attention you will find it. There aren't any really great overlooks but the walk through the forrest is still very nice.
