Blue/red Blazes is a hiking trail in Litchfield County, Connecticut. It is 2.1 miles long and begins at 570 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 3.9 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,318 feet. (no winter access) and other parkings, the outhouse restrooms, the charcoal mound exhibit attraction, and the stone museum information Open Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M, Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day. are near the trailhead. There are also a picnic site and grass. Along the trail there is parking.
