Farmington Canal Heritage Trail is a hiking and biking trail in Hartford County, Connecticut. It is 19.3 miles long and begins at 232 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 10.6 miles with a total elevation gain of 312 feet. The Town Green wood is near the trailhead. The Phelps Tavern Museum museum, the Simsbury Meadows recreation ground, and the Sperry Park, Town Farm (Leased For Agriculture) (5 Parcels), Town Open Space (Twin Oaks Subdiv.) 2 Parcels, and River Glen woods can be seen along the trail. There are also benches, restroom, shelters, drinking waters, and a wetland along the trail.
