Two Elk National Recreation Trail

Two Elk National Recreation Trail Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Two Elk National Recreation Trail crosses a ridge over Two
Elk Pass between Minturn and I-70 near East Vail. This
hike explores only a small part of the trail on the west side,
a pleasant journey through thick forest, past rocky outcrops,
and among fields of colorful wildflowers. The first part of the
trail is gentle and then climbs gradually, great for a fun family
hike. Three turnaround options are provided."
