County Road 18 is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Ouray County, Colorado. It is within Uncompahgre National Forest. It is 4.3 miles long and begins at 8,857 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 8.7 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,717 feet. The Uncompahgre River pipeline is near the trailhead. There is also a parking. The Michael Breen Mine (elevation 9,793 feet) quarry can be seen along the trail.
