Middle Fork Road / Trail is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Summit County, Colorado. It is within White River National Forest. It is 4.3 miles long and begins at 10,185 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 8.6 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,779 feet. The Swandyke Post Office (historical) (elevation 11,076 feet) post office and the Tony Mine (elevation 10,427 feet) quarry can be seen along the trail. There is also a wetland along the trail.
