Slaughterhouse Gulch (FS 510.1) is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Boulder County, Colorado. It is within Roosevelt National Forest. It is 2.2 miles long and begins at 7,127 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 4.4 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,237 feet. The Thunderbolt-Roman Eagle Mine (elevation 8,255 feet) quarry can be seen along the trail.
