It is 7.1 miles long and begins at 9,078 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 1.2 miles with a total elevation gain of 122 feet. The Hourglass Trailhead and Beaver Creek Trailhead parkings are near the trailhead. The Brackenbury Cabin can be seen along the trail.
