Little Bear Peak Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"A semi-technical climb of one of Colorado’s most difficult 14,000-foot peaks, with the option of climbing the connecting ridge to Blanca Peak. This is not merely a hike. In the best conditions, it is a challenging hand-and-foot scramble with loose rock, running water, and possibly technical terrain.
Wear a helmet and consider carrying equipment to rappel back down from the summit. Even though this is commonly done as a nontechnical scramble, do not attempt this route without previous climbing experience. Go with an experienced friend or hire a professional guide."
