Mt. Massive Southwest Slopes is a hiking trail in Lake County, Colorado. It is within San Isabel National Forest and Mount Massive Wilderness Area. It is 3.4 miles long and begins at 10,525 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 7.1 miles with a total elevation gain of 3,934 feet. The North Halfmoon Creek Trailhead parking is near the trailhead. There is also an information map. Near the end of the trail is an information guidepost. This trail connects with the following: Mt. Massive East Slopes (Standard) and North Halfmoon Lakes Trail 1485.
