Capitol Creek is a hiking and horse trail in Pitkin County, Colorado. It is within White River National Forest and Maroon Bells–Snowmass Wilderness Area. It is 8.4 miles long and begins at 9,460 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 17.2 miles with a total elevation gain of 6,107 feet. The Capitol Lake (elevation 11,588 feet) reservoir can be seen along the trail. There is also a wetland along the trail.
