Bear Creek Trail Professional Reviews and Guides
"Follow beautiful Bear Creek through a narrowing canyon. You probably won’t see any bears—just wildflowers and willow. It’s difficult to choose which season paints the Lair o’ the Bear in the most spectacular colors. In autumn the cottonwoods, willows, and box elders along Bear Creek erupt in yellow and orange, a veritable leafy volcano.
In winter, when the landscape sleeps beneath a blanket of snow, the creek cuts an indigo stripe through the whiteness. In spring and summer, nourished by sunshine and thunderstorms, an expansive array of wildflowers blooms, streaking streamside grasses with the vibrant hues of Monet. Fortunately, no choice must be made."
