Red Mesa Loop

Red Mesa Loop Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The beginning portion of this run is the same one used for the Plymouth Mountain Trail, with the key difference being the superb Red Mountain Loop at the highest elevation of the course. Try Golden Eagle and Homesteader Trails which are hiker only.

Grade: Moderately steep, with a six degree average angle of ascent. The trail is well-maintained in the hiker-only segment, requires a walk in a short steep section, and contains some sandy sections and exposed water bars in the loop part of the trail."
