Excellent hike for an easy backpack overnight trip. My wife and I stayed up there for two nights over labor day weekend and only ran into 4 other people. We had the lakes to ourselves one night. Took the abandoned trail west of the lakes for a day trip. We were trying to get to the Conundrum Basin for some hot springing, but we didn't allow enough time for it. All in all it was a great relaxing weekend.
