"The Dyke Trail Loop is another trail on Crested Butte’s long list of incredible rides. Combining long climbs, lakeside views, towering mountains, fast singletrack, and aspen forests, Dyke Trail is sure to please. Except for the road climb to Kebler Pass and the short distance from Irwin Lake to Dyke Trailhead, this ride is composed mostly of unbeatable singletrack. Even though your ride takes you to the top of Kebler Pass, don’t be fooled that the way from Irwin Lake is all downhill. There are a couple of steep, rocky, and sandy climbs en route to Horse Ranch Park, one of which arrives just as you near the dike." Read more
