Cement Mountain Professional Review and Guide

"Although much of the road is easy, it is still a fun ride with much to see. Great views as you climb. If you can handle difficult terrain, I recommend going all the way to top of Mt. Tipton. If you are staying in Taylor Park, you can access this trail from Italian Creek, Trail #3, but be prepared for a long day of riding."
