Burning Bear Trail

Burning Bear Trail Professional Review and Guide

"Decisions, decisions, decisions with this ride. Do you just climb to the ridge? Or continue down to the Hall Valley then back up? Or do you take roads back to the start? Whichever option you decide, do this fun and easy ride.

The trail surface is simply easy for much of the way and the initial climb goes quickly. This description assumes riding down the west side, then back up to the ridge. Terrain: Sandy and firm hardpack, occasional root or rock."

Good walk thru a green tunnle. Pretty good place to be in high winds,30+. So if you want to ski or snowshoe when it is to windy for any thing exposed, I would try this. They way down is pretty fun to.
