Colorado Riverfront Trail Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This paved trail parallels the Colorado River for 28.5 miles through the Grand Valley, from Palisade to Fruita. The newest 8.5-mile section of the Colorado Riverfront Trail was opened in September 2014.

All but 4.3 miles is now a wheelchair-accessible biking/walking/jogging/in-lineskating/mom-with-stroller/dog-walking path. Users can pick and choose the section or sections they’d like to visit as access points are numerous throughout the valley."
