Twist your way up and across the Three Sisters ridge, then descend through ponderosa pine forest. Rocky Mountain junipers grow in sunny spots, while Douglas ?rs enjoy northern exposures. The Bearberry Trail takes you into the Blair Ranch parcel, past an old caretaker’s house with interesting outbuildings. The meadows between Eddie’s Rocks and the Alderfer ranch house nurture purple wild irises in the spring. The Three Sisters tower over the eastern meadow. Scramble up to Brother’s Lookout for lunch and a beautiful view of the Evergreen area and Mount Evans.
