Fulford Cave Campground Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"There's one really good thing about staying at Fulford Cave Campground: if it rains, you aren't necessarily tent bound. You can take advantage of rainy time as a chance to explore Fulford Cave itself, which is less than a mile from this intimate campground. Fulford Cave Campground is in an unusual setting and has other trails leading into the western side of the Holy Cross Wilderness, one of Colorado's best wild places.
The hilltop campground is on the left flank of the East Brush Creek Valley, in a scattered forest of aspen, spruce, and fir. Directly up the watershed is Craig Peak. Below you is the meadow of Yeoman Park. Off to your left are the trailhead to Fulford Cave and the other trails leading into the Holy Cross Wilderness."
