Main Vail is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Eagle County, Colorado. It is within White River National Forest. It is 11.5 miles long and begins at 11,093 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 10.7 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,161 feet. The Two Elk Lodge drinking water;atm;toilets;food court, the Eagles Nest and Wildwood restaurants, and Ptarmigan Point (elevation 10,974 feet) can be seen along the trail. There are also restrooms and a picnic site along the trail. The trail ends near the Mid-Vail restaurant.
