"This high-altitude, 667-acre meadow reservoir, surrounded by panoramic peaks and forested mesas, is at the headwaters of the North Fork of the Dolores River. Key Species: Cutthroat trout hybrids, rainbow trout, brook trout, brown trout. Terrain and water conditions at each site are described in this section. Due to the length and changing nature of many Colorado rivers, some are detailed in multiple sections.
