Boulder Canyon Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Boulder Canyon is a spectacular 14-mile-long canyon west of Boulder. The canyon walls, lined with numerous granite crags, domes, and buttresses, form an impressive climbing area with more than 1,500 routes up to four pitches long on over one hundred named crags. The canyon crags offer lots of bolted sport climbs as well as traditional gear routes with varied climbing that includes delicate slab moves, thuggish cracks, and overhanging gymnastic faces. Boulder Canyon has lots of great climbs for climbers of all abilities, making it one of Colorado’s most popular climbing areas."
