The Regency Climbing Access Professional Reviews and Guides

"The Flatirons, a collection of tilted sandstone slabs, faces, and pinnacles, form Boulder’s distinctive mountain skyline. The conspicuous cliffs, pasted on a 6-mile escarpment formed by Green Mountain and Boulder Mountain, offer the rock climber hundreds of routes of all difficulties, from long easy scrambles to overhanging 5.14 testpieces. Most of the big cliffs, while appearing monolithic and imposing from town, assume a friendly character up close, with lots of climbing features including grooves, flakes, and cracks on their reasonably angled 50-degree slabs."
