Palisades Creek Trail is a hiking trail in Bonneville County, Idaho. It is within Caribou-Targhee National Forest. It is 6.2 miles long and begins at 5,560 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 12.5 miles with a total elevation gain of 3,289 feet. The Lowe Palisades Lake water can be seen along the trail.
