Long Meadow Loop

Visalia, California

Long Meadow Loop Professional Review and Guide

"Long Meadow was a Monache Indian village site during the summer. This hike circles the meadow through a forest of lodgepole and ponderosa pine, red fir and aspen trees. In the summer, the trail is also used as a horse trail by the Wolverton pack station. In the winter, it is a popular cross-country ski area."
