This short nature trail at the west end of the Indian Cove Campground is a good place to take a stroll and learn about the plant and animal life of this unusual corner of the Mojave Desert. The trail circles through the desert and along a sandy wash. In the creek, it threads past desert willows. Above, look for pencil and silver cholla cacti, Mojave yuccas, desert almonds, creosote and jojoba bushes.
