West Side Rails Trail is a hiking and biking trail in Tuolumne County, California. It is within Stanislaus National Forest. It is 5.1 miles long and begins at 2,761 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 10.3 miles with a total elevation gain of 3,385 feet.
