Blue Ridge Trail Professional Reviews and Guides
"Tall, aromatic pines and firs, and thin air (elevation averages 7500 feet) lend a High-Sierra-feel to the north slope of Blue Ridge. The nicely maintained Blue Ridge Trail climbs about 1000 feet up this slope to meet the Pacific Crest Trail just outside Blue Ridge Campground."
--Jerry Schad , Afoot & Afield Los Angeles County (Wilderness Press).
"This hike meanders through shady tall pines, traversing high country near Wrightwood and commanding impressive views of the surrounding mountains and countryside."
--Allen Riedel, Best Easy Day Hikes: San Bernardino (Falcon Guides).
