Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The campground is situated in an attractive wooded setting on the southwestern shore of Silverwood Lake, which offers a full range of water sports and activities. A swimming beach is located at the campground, and a boat launch is nearby.

Anglers can fish for trout, catfish, bluegill, and bass. Hiking and biking trails are located throughout the park. Stay limit ten days from June through September, thirty days from October through May. Individual sites (Mesa Campground) open all year; group site open March through October."
