Trona Pinnacles Trail Professional Review and Guide
"While less of a hike and more of a walk, a visit to the Trona Pinnacles is nonetheless otherworldly. There is a 0.85-mile round-trip trail, but a variety of use paths intersect and climb the towers. Wandering around the tufa spires in no certain way is a rewarding experience in and of itself. Strange caves, unearthly zeniths, and bizarre overlooks are the highlights of this hike. Wildlife frequents the area as well. Even the lizards are fantastic, with long legs and dashing whiptails."
