West Ridge Trail is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Oakland, California. It is within Joaquin Miller Park and Redwood Regional Park. It is 4.3 miles long and begins at 1,269 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 8.7 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,509 feet. The John Michael Da Vega Bench bench, Streams Restoration and another information, and the Skyline Gate Staging Area parking are near the trailhead. Redwood Regional Park - Moon Gate and other parkings, the Rex Thomas Bench and Christine Byron Bench benches, the Redwood Bowl picnic site, and the Chabot Space and Science Center museum can be seen along the trail. There are also a bicycle parking and an information along the trail.
