Graham Trail is a hiking and biking trail in Alameda County and Contra Costa County, California. It is within Redwood Regional Park. It is a mile long and begins at 1,216 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 2.1 miles with a total elevation gain of 692 feet. The Grand View viewpoint, the Manzanita and Diablo Vista picnic sites, and the Grand View information can be seen along the trail. There are also parking, a bench, and restrooms along the trail. The trail ends near the Anna Costa Picnic Area picnic site and the Pal Camp site.
