Crabtree Trail

Crabtree Trail Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Day hikes, easy weekend backpack trips, and extended adventures are all possible along this unique trail system at the northwest corner of the Emigrant Wilderness. The scenery—from the rounded granitic domes and rock-walled canyons to the sparkling lakes and flower-covered meadows— is addicting, enticing you to explore farther into the wilderness. Two main trails, a ridge route and a valley route, provide the main legs of any loop in this area. The two main trails are joined by several connectors ideally located for custom tailoring a trip to fit your time and energy."
