Aside from picnic and playground areas, a lagoon with paddleboats, the small but kid-friendly Orange County Zoo, a train ride, and wildlife and historical exhibits—it’s possible to find some off-the-beaten-path hiking here. Several miles of paved and unpaved trails suitable for bicycling, hiking, and horseback riding follow Santiago Creek and wind around the perimeter of the park.
