Anthony Chabot Regional Park

Oakland, California

Anthony Chabot Regional Park Professional Review and Guide

"This loop is a circuit through the heart of Chabot, bisecting Grass Valley, climbing to a ridge, then descending into Bort Meadow through quiet woods. I’ve enjoyed Chabot hikes in every season, but the park really shines in spring, during wildflower season. If you’re a novice flower enthusiast, this is a good, accessible place to start, with plenty of common blossoms best seen in April and early May."
