Shoreline Trail Professional Reviews and Guides

"This hike follows the northeast shoreline of Lake Hennessey. The trail winds along the wooded shore of the lake in an uncrowded, tranquil setting. It is a great spot for bird watching, with shoreline reeds, sandbars, and sand beaches backed by the rolling, forested hills. En route, the hike passes a shady stream-fed canyon and oak groves. Dogs are allowed on the trail but not in the lake."
