Ballona Creek Bike Path Professional Reviews and Guides
"The Ballona Creek Bike Path is a shortish bike path that, like many bike paths in Los Angeles County, parallels a waterway. In this case, the waterway is Ballona Creek, which empties into the Pacific at Marina Del Rey. It is an excellent way to ride inland from the coast for those headed to Westside destinations and is popular with riders from Beverly Hills heading south to the Baldwin Hills. Road surface: Excellent. Road traffic: None. Exposure: Mornings and late afternoons can be overcast. Scenery: The wetlands of Ballona Creek, waterfowl, and the geometric concrete forms of Ballona Creek."
