Santa Ana River Trail is a hiking and biking trail in Riverside, California. It is within Martha McLean-Anza Narrows Park and Santa Ana River Regional Park. It is 9.2 miles long and begins at 770 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 17.3 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,415 feet. Along the trail there are a scrub, restrooms, wetlands, woods, a viewpoint, a grassland, and cliffs.
