"The hike to photogenic Pudding Creek Trestle is much more inspiring than the historic name implies. Oceanfront Haul Road was once a rail transportation artery for hauling logs to the Union Lumber Company mill in Fort Bragg before being converted to a multiuse trail. The trail parallels rural land with some residential and commercial development on the east side.
