North Kenter Fire Road Professional Reviews and Guides
"An ideal ride for Los Angelenos who don't have much time to have a lot of fun. This 3.7-mile ride is easy to reach, short, and full of amusement park thrills. This year-round ride delivers expansive views right from the start, thanks to its location on a ridge high above Mandeville Canyon. The fire road is steep in spots, but it's also interspersed with little descents that relieve the climb up to a water tank. If it's clear, you can enjoy the views for a while, but remember it's your somato-sensory system that gets the most out of this ride, not your eyes. That's because on the way back down, you'll turn off the fire road to engage the famous Kenter whoop-de-doos."
