Morgan Territory Regional Preserve

Livermore, California

Morgan Territory Regional Preserve Professional Review and Guide

"Morgan Territory’s name whispers of the wilderness, evoking pioneers, wagon trains, and epic journeys. This loop rambles through a lavish landscape of grassland and oaks, drops down off a ridge, then ascends on a narrow path along a creek. Morgan Territory is a good birding and wildflower-spotting preserve, so bring binoculars and field guides."

The trail starts off along a fire road going up into the mountain. There are several trails that cut off from there. The water falls weren't big for us. But we will do this trail again as we had so much fun. Now that we have scoped it out, we know where to have lunch next time.
