    "Finding the campground: From Lee Vining, drive north 7 miles on US 395. Turn left (west) onto Lundy Lake Road and drive 5 miles.

    About the campground: Situated on Lundy Creek near Lundy Lake, which is well stocked annually with rainbow trout and brown trout fingerlings. Lundy Lake is also famous for large Alpers trout. A trail leads southwest from the campground to a series of small lakes in the Hoover Wilderness and to Saddlebag Lake (694). Elevation 7,800 feet. Open May through October."
