San Diego River Reserve Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Following the San Diego River, this hike observes the river as it slowly transitions into an estuary. Numerous birds can be found here year-round. The reserve is a popular biking and hiking destination that takes you off-road from Mission Valley all the way to Dog Beach. Along the way youll pass under freeways, through estuaries, alongside the river, and into areas seen by few San Diegans."
