    "From Kernville, drive north on Sierra Way (SM 99) for 20 miles, turn right onto Sherman Pass Road (FR 22S05), and drive about 30 miles, then turn right onto FR 22S05 and drive 2.5 miles.

    About the campground: The area surrounding the campground contains 155 miles of trails suitable for off-highway driving, most of it for trail/backcountry motorcycles. Fishing season is May 1 to November 15. Elevation 7,800 feet. Stay limit fourteen days. Open late May through November."
