Smooth Sole Walls Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"The Smooth Sole Walls are located several hundred feet to the left of and below the Sunshine Face, and consist of two separate, 100-foot-tall, highangle slabs split by a deep chimney (Chatsworth Chimney). The climbing is characterized by smearing and crimping on edges, with the occasional huge knob thrown into the mix. The climbs are predominantly bolt protected and, in general, very runout. These cliffs face southeast and do not get shade until late afternoon during the summer season."
