Great hike, in spite of all the grafitti. The campground is off limits to hikers. Suggest trying to cross creek below parking area on one of makeshift log bridges, then head due west to Bonita Waterfall canyon.. Topo map is more helpful than map in trail guide. Well worth the time and effort to see main waterfall. Snow prevented going up further.
